Role: Warehouse Manager

Salary: £17,000 to £21,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm (42.5hrs)

 

We are the largest distributor of janitorial products, paper and machinery within Oxfordshire we have over 600 customers, a turnover of 1.6 million and stock 1,500 products.

 

We focus our business within Oxfordshire’s borders and offer a dependable service, good quality products at affordable prices.

 

What will you be doing?

 

You will be in charge of a team of eight people, your role will be to motivate them to make sure that they carry out their roles within the company and to bring them on in their own training and development.

 

You will be responsible for all of the goods in and out of our busy little warehouse, for making sure that the customers get the goods they ordered On Time & In Full. You will also look after our small fleet of vehicles making sure they are taxed insured and maintained.

 

What we are looking for?

 

We would like someone that can think on their feet, that has a proactive, can do attitude.

 

Experience in managing a team is essential and not being afraid to muck in once in a while will be a requirement.

 

Essentially we are looking for a positive outgoing person that can add something to our team and bring organization and good practices to bear.
