Our Warehouse and Trade Counter is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our own brands ‘Merlin and Footprint’ are fast becoming known for quality and value and we continue to look for further products to add to our range.

Order Processing
Our established office based customer sales team has full onscreen visibility of the products you have previously purchased, your prices as well as stock availability, product alternatives and any special delivery instructions. As a result you can be confident that someone is at hand not only to accept your order, but ensure you get the right product to meet your requirements.

Delivery
Orders are despatched daily from the centre of Oxford using our own vehicles. This ensures maximum control over the delivery using ‘regular’ uniformed drivers. They will help in delivering your orders to the same place, at the right time in the way that you want.
Deliveries are checked with the customer and any discrepancies will be noted on the invoice and reported back to our customer service team for prompt action.
